2. Register of Audited Demands in the amount of $1,421,597.41, dated 11/07/24 and\n$226,280.00 dated 11/13/24.\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the audited demands.

3. Development Impact Fee Report for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2024 - Pursuant to\nGovernment Code Section 66006, this report details the collection, interest earned,\nexpenditures, and balances related to the City's development impact fees as of June 30, 2024.\nThe Park Development Fund was the only fund with expenditures for the fiscal year. This report\ncomplies with State legislative requirements.\nRecommendation: That the City Council receive, file, and make available to the public the\nDevelopment Impact Fee Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, in accordance with\nGovernment Code Section 66006.

4. Resolution Canceling the January 6, 2025, City Council Meeting The first Council Meeting in\nJanuary 2025 is requested to be canceled due to lack of business and preparation time due to\nholiday break. This item requires a resolution to cancel the meeting.\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the attached Resolution titled, "A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, CANCELING THE\nJANUARY 6, 2025, CITY COUNCIL MEETING."
