10.\nAWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR HAGAN PLACE\nSTAIRS AND SUSI Q TRELLIS REPLACEMENTS\nRecommendations:\n(1) Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with SFS\nConstructors & Builders, Inc. in the amount of $335,700 for the Hagan Place\nStairs and Susi Q Trellis project;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to approve project-related expenses and\nchange orders for unforeseen circumstances in an amount not to exceed\n$35,000; and\n(3) Find that the award of contract is categorically exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15301.
