4.7 Budget Amendment for Sidewalk Repairs, CIP No. 106\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1) Adopt a Resolution entitled: "A\nResolution of the City Council of the City of Laguna Hills, California, Amending the\nFiscal Years 2021-2022 & 2022-2023 Biennial Budget to Allocate Funds to\nSidewalk Repairs, Capital Improvement Project (CIP) No. 106;” and 2) Find that\nenvironmental review is not required under the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to the California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3,\nSection 15301 as a Class 1 Categorical Exemption - "Existing Facilities"
