4.8 Approval of Proposed Contract Services Agreement for School Crossing\nGuard Services with All City Management Services, Inc., for a Three-Year\nTerm\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1) Approve the proposed Contract\nServices Agreement with All City Management Services, Inc., to provide school\ncrossing guard services. The proposed contract is for a three-year term from\nNovember 10, 2023, through June 30, 2026, for a total not-to-exceed maximum\ncontract amount of $457,152. The total not-to-exceed maximum contract\namount is an aggregate of the following anticipated annual amounts: $138,845\nfor Year 1 (2023/2024); $147,096 for Year 2 (2024/2025); $156,211 for Year 3\n(2025/2026); and an additional $5,000 per year ($15,000) to cover unanticipated\ncosts; and 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Contract Services\nAgreement for school crossing guard services with All City Management Services,\nInc.
