Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to process change orders in\nan amount not to exceed 20% of the total contract for $284,000, for a total not-\nto-exceed amount of $1,706,400 if needed;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Contract for the\nResidential Annual Resurfacing Program Zones III & IV – Phase 1, Cash\nContract No. 22-17 with Onyx Paving Company, Inc., subject to the City\nAttorney making non-substantive changes; and,\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute the Notice of\nCompletion at the conclusion of construction.
