Award the Construction Contract for the Aliso Creek Road and Traffic\nImprovements Project, Cash Contract No. 23-01 to California Professional\nEngineering, Inc in the amount of $323,157;\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to process change\norders in an amount not to exceed $26,843, for a total not-to-exceed amount\nof $350,000 if needed;\n3.
