Approve the Professional Services Agreement for the Niguel Hills\nNeighborhood Traffic Study to RK Engineering Group, Inc. in the not-to-\nexceed amount of $75,065;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 10% contingency of the contract in the amount of\n$7,507 for unforeseen conditions or extra work and authorize the Public\nWorks Director/City Engineer to approve additional work for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $82,572, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future\namendments to the Professional Services Agreement with RK Engineering\nGroup, Inc., subject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.

Award of Maintenance Services Agreement for Pool Maintenance and\nRepairs Services with Knorr Systems Int’l., LLC and Waterline Technologies\nInc.\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Maintenance Services Agreement for Pool Maintenance and\nRepair Services to Knorr Systems Int’l., LLC, and Waterline Technologies,\nInc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $75,000 per year for Fiscal Years 2023-\n24 through 2025-26 for each vendor, subject to extension administratively\nfor two additional one-year periods;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency per year of the contract in the\namount of $15,000 per vendor for unforeseen conditions or extra work and\nauthorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional\nwork with Knorr Systems Int’l., LLC, and Waterline Technologies, Inc. for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $90,000 per year per vendor, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future\namendments to the Maintenance Services Agreement with Knorr Systems\nInt’l., LLC, and Waterline Technologies, Inc. subject to the City Attorney\nmaking non-substantive changes.

Approve Amendment No. 3 to the On-Call Professional Services Agreement\nwith Ardurra Group, Inc. to provide engineering design services for the\nGolden Lantern Median Modifications at Serenity Lane Project for a not-to-\nexceed amount of $54,820;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 10% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $5,482 for unforeseen conditions or extra work and authorize the\nPublic Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional work for a total\nnot-to-exceed amount of $60,302 if needed; and,\n3.
