Adopt Resolution No. 2024-1466, approving Master Agreement No. 12-\n5458S21 with the California Department of Transportation;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute said Agreement;\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-1467, approving Program Supplement\nAgreement No. 00000A348 for the Highway Safety Improvement Program;\nand,\n4.
