6. Award of Maintenance Services Agreement to Real Green, Inc. for Citywide\nBackflow Device Inspection, Repair, and Installation Services\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Maintenance Services Agreement for Citywide Backflow Device\nInspection, Repair, and Installation Services to Real Green, Inc. in the not-\nto-exceed amount of $20,000 per year for Fiscal Years 2024-25 through\n2026-27, subject to extension administratively for two additional one-year\nperiods;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $4,000 per fiscal year for unforeseen conditions or extra work\nand authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional\nwork with Real Green Inc. for a total not-to-exceed amount of $24,000 per\nfiscal year, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future\namendments to the Maintenance Services Agreement with Real Green Inc.,\nsubject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.
