Award of Maintenance Services Agreement for Citywide Janitorial\nMaintenance Services for Crown Valley Community Park, Neighborhood\nParks Public Restrooms and the Metrolink Station to Eternal Love Limited\nLiability Company dba Vested Solutions\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Maintenance Services Agreement for Citywide Janitorial\nMaintenance Services for Crown Valley Community Park, Neighborhood\nParks Public Restrooms and the Metrolink Station to Eternal Love Limited\nLiability Company dba Vested Solutions, in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$140,400 per year for Fiscal Years 2024-25 through 2026-27, subject to\nextension administratively for two additional one-year periods;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency per year of the contract in the\namount of $28,080 for unforeseen conditions or extra work and authorize\nthe Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional work with\nEternal Love Limited Liability Company dba Vested Solutions for a total not-\nto-exceed amount of $168,480 per year per vendor, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Maintenance Services\nAgreement with Eternal Love Limited Liability Company dba Vested\nSolutions and future amendments, subject to the City Attorney making non-\nsubstantive changes.

Award the Maintenance Services Agreement for Citywide Weed Abatement\nServices to Real Green, Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $70,436 per\nyear for Fiscal Years 2024-25 through 2026-27, subject to extension\nadministratively for two additional one-year periods;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $14,087 per fiscal year for unforeseen conditions or extra work\nand authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional\nwork with Real Green Inc. for a total not-to-exceed amount of $84,523 per\nfiscal year, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Maintenance Services\nAgreement and future amendments to the agreement for Citywide Weed\nAbatement Services with Real Green Inc., subject to the City Attorney\nmaking non-substantive changes.
