5. Award of Maintenance Services Agreement to SCA of CA, LLC for Citywide\nStreet Sweeping Services\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Maintenance Services Agreement for Citywide Streets\nSweeping Services with SCA of CA, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$347,174 per year for Fiscal Years 2024-25 through 2025-27, subject to\nextension administratively for two additional one-year periods;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $69,435 per fiscal year for unforeseen conditions or extra work\nand authorizre the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve\nadditional work for a total not-to-exceed amount of $416,609 per fiscal year,\nif needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future\namendments to the Maintenance Services Agreement with SCA of CA, LLC\nsubject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.

6. Orange County Transportation Authority OC Go (Measure M2) Eligibility\nPackage Submittal\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-1484, adopting a Seven-Year Capital\nImprovement Program for Fiscal Years 2024-25 through 2030-31 for\ncompliance with the Measure M2 eligibility requirements;\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-1485, concerning the status and update of the\nPavement Management Plan for the City of Laguna Niguel; and,\n3.
