Approve the agreement for Professional Services with Drone Studios to\nprovide a Drone show on July 4, 2025, at Crown Valley Park in the not-to-\nexceed amount of $66,800;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 10% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $6,680 for unforeseen conditions or extra work, and authorize\nthe Parks and Recreation Director to approve additional work, for a total\nnot-to-exceed amount of $73,480, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Waste\nDisposal Agreement with the County of Orange, subject to the City Attorney\nmaking non-substantive changes.

Award a Maintenance Services Agreement for On-Call Citywide Electrical\nMaintenance and Repair Services to Real Estate Consulting & Services,\nInc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 per year for Fiscal Years\n2025-26 through 2027-28, subject to extension administratively for two\nadditional one-year periods;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency per year of the total contract in\nthe amount of $30,000 for unforeseen conditions or additional work and\nauthorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional\nwork with Real Estate Consulting & Services, Inc. for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $180,000 per year if needed;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future\namendments to the Maintenance Services Agreement with Real Estate\nConsulting & Services, Inc., subject to the City Attorney making non-\nsubstantive changes;\n4. Award a Maintenance Services Agreement for On-Call Citywide Electrical\nMaintenance and Repair Services to Donald F. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to process change\norders for unforeseen conditions in an amount not to exceed 20% of the\nagreement for $34,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $206,400 if\nneeded; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction and\nReimbursement Agreement with Moulton Niguel Water District.

Award of Construction Contract to All American Asphalt for the Residential\nAnnual Resurfacing Program Zones V & VI – Phase 2, Cash Contract No.\n24-07 in the amount of $2,839,500;\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to process change\norders in an amount not to exceed 20% of the contract for $567,900, for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $3,407,400 if needed;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Contract for the\nResidential Annual Resurfacing Program Zones V & VI – Phase 2, Cash\nContract No. 24-07 to All American Asphalt, subject to the City Attorney\nmaking non-substantive changes; and,\n4.
