Award the Professional Services Agreement for Banking and Procurement\nCard Services with Wells Fargo for a five-year term with the option to renew\nfor an additional five years, and five one-year optional extensions beyond\nthat for a maximum total of fifteen years.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement, and subsequent Standard Agreements with Wells Fargo Bank,\nsubject to approval by the City Attorney.\n3.
