Approve a not-to-exceed 15% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $11,686 for unforeseen conditions or extra work and authorize\nthe Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional work for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $89,591, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement for On-Call Professional Engineering\nServices with Civil Works Engineers, Inc., subject to the City Attorney\nmaking non-substantive changes.
