Approve a not-to-exceed 15% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $11,686 for unforeseen conditions or extra work and authorize\nthe Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional work for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $89,591, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement for On-Call Professional Engineering\nServices with Civil Works Engineers, Inc., subject to the City Attorney\nmaking non-substantive changes.

6.\nAdoption of Resolution No. 2025-1513, Certifying the City has the Resources\nto Fund Projects included in the FFY 2026/27 – 2031/32 Federal\nTransportation Improvement Program\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-1513, Certifying the City has the Resources to\nFund the Projects in the FFY 2026/27 – 2031/32 Federal Transportation\nImprovement Program and Affirming its Commitment to Implement all\nProjects in the Program.\nCITY COUNCIL
