Approve Amendment No. 2 to the On-Call Professional Services Agreement\n(On-Call PSA) with Iteris, Inc. to provide project management, design, and\nconstruction support services for the La Paz Road and Cabot Road Regional\nTraffic Signal Synchronization Program Projects for a not-to-exceed amount\nof $587,410; and,\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 10% contingency in the amount of $58,741 for\nunforeseen conditions or extra work, and authorize the Public Works\nDirector/City Engineer to approve additional work, for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $646,151, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the On-Call\nProfessional Services Agreement with Iteris, Inc., subject to the City Attorney\nmaking non-substantive changes.

Approve the Cooperative Agreement by and between the City of Laguna\nNiguel and the Cities of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, and Mission Viejo for the\nAlicia Parkway Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program Project;\n2. Authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the agreement; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute future amendments to the\nagreement.

Approve the WISE Agreement with the County of Orange for municipal solid\nwaste disposal rates and services; and\n2.
