Approve the three-year cloud services Software as a Service Agreement\n(SaaS) Agreement for Asset Essentials (AE) software with Brightly Software,\nInc., in a not-to-exceed amount of $141,466 for Fiscal Years 2026-2027\nthrough 2028-2029, and any future non-discretionary payments for software\nsubscription renewals;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 10% contingency per year of the total contract in\nthe amount of $14,147 for additional support services and authorize the\nPublic Works Director/City Engineer to approve the additional support\nservices with Brightly Software, Inc, if needed, for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $155,613 for Fiscal Years 2026-2027 through 2028-2029;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and future non-\ndiscretionary payments for software subscription renewals, subject to the City\nAttorney making non-substantive changes.

Award a Maintenance Services Agreement for Citywide Traffic Signal and\nStreets Electrical Maintenance to Bear Electrical Solutions, LLC in the not-\nto-exceed amount of $475,000 per year for Fiscal Years 2026-27 through\n2028-29, subject to extension administratively for two additional one-year\nperiods;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency of the total contract in the amount\nof $95,000 per year for unforeseen conditions, emergency response\nservices, or additional work, and authorize the Public Works Director/City\nEngineer to approve additional work with Bear Electrical Solutions, LLC, for\na total not-to-exceed amount of $570,000 per year, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Maintenance Services\nAgreement, and future amendments to the Agreement with Bear Electrical\nSolutions, LLC, subject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.
