6.4 Right of Way Certifications\nRecommendation: Adopt a resolution titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF LAGUNA WOODS, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING\nTHE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE RIGHT OF WAY\nCERTIFICATIONS AND RELATED DOCUMENTS\nNECESSARY TO OBTAIN APPROVALS FOR, AND\nIMPLEMENT, FEDERAL AND/OR STATE-FUNDED\nLOCAL TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS

6.5 Ridge Route Drive Landscape Project\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve final record plans and specifications reflecting\ncompletion of the “Ridge Route Drive Landscape Project” as\nprepared by the project architect.\nAND\n2. Accept project completion of the contract agreement with\nMarina Landscape, Inc. for the “Ridge Route Drive Landscape\nProject”.\nAND\n3. 6.6 City Hall Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Project\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the “City Hall Electric Vehicle Charging\nInfrastructure Project” design plans and specifications as\nprepared by the project engineer.\nAND\n2. Approve a notice of exemption for the “City Hall Electric\nVehicle Charging Infrastructure Project” finding that the project\nis categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) and authorize the City Manager to cause\nthe notice of exemption to be filed pursuant to applicable law.\nAND\n3. Award a contract agreement to Smart City Electric Group for\nthe construction of the “City Hall Electric Vehicle Charging\nInfrastructure Project”, in the amount of $28,400, plus\nauthorized change orders not to exceed 25% of the base\namount; and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract\nagreement and approve change orders, subject to approval of\nthe contract agreement as to form by the City Attorney.

6.7 Laguna Woods Civic Support Fund\nRecommendation:\n1. In the capacity of the Laguna Woods Civic Support Fund Board\nof Directors, approve amended bylaws for the Laguna Woods\nCivic Support Fund.\nAND\n2. 7.1 Site Development Permit SDP-1521 to allow for the establishment\nof an administrative/professional office, including construction of\nan approximately 4,555 square foot building and physical\nmodifications of existing parking, landscaping, and other site\nfeatures, and Sign Program SP-2022-0002 to allow for various\nsignage at 24221 Paseo de Valencia, Laguna Woods, CA 92637\nRecommendation:\n1. 8.1 Mobility Technology Plan\nRecommendation:\n1. Receive and file a presentation from Arcadis IBI Group, Inc.\nregarding the Mobility Technology Plan being prepared for the\nCity as part of SCAG’s 2020-2021 Sustainable Communities\nProgram – Smart Cities & Mobility Innovations.\nAND\n2. Provide input to SCAG, Arcadis IBI Group, Inc., and the City\nManager regarding the preparation of the Mobility Technology\nPlan.
