8.2 Street Racing and Excessive Vehicle-related Noise Ordinance\n(agendized by Councilmember Moore)\nRecommendation: Direct the City Manager to draft an ordinance\nfor future consideration by the City Council that would – if\nadopted by the City Council at a future meeting – prohibit street\nracing and excessive vehicle-related noise on public streets.
