5) Amendment No. 3 - Agreement with County of Riverside Sheriff's Department for\nLaw Enforcement Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 with the County\nof Riverside to remove and delete Attachment A-2 of the Agreement and replace it\nwith Attachment A-3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full\nforce and effect; and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.

6) Agreement with Animal Friends of the Valleys for Microchipping and Spay and\nNeuter Vouchers for Lake Elsinore Residents\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Animal Friends of the Valleys in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00\nfor Microchipping and Spay and Neuter Vouchers for Lake Elsinore Residents in such\nfinal form as approved by the City Attorney.

7) Request to Modify Condition of Approval No. 73 Related to the Relocation and\nUndergrounding of Power Poles out of the Roadway for the Riverside & Lincoln\nCommercial Project (PA 2020-92)\nDeny the applicant’s request to modify Condition of Approval No. 73 and keep the\npreviously approved condition as stated below:\n73. All arrangements for the relocation of utility company facilities (power poles, vaults,\netc.) out of the roadway shall be the responsibility of the applicant, property owner,\nand/or their agent. Overhead utilities (34.5 kV or lower) shall be undergrounded\n(LEMC Section 16.64).
