Conduct public hearing and second\nreading of Ordinance No. 360 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST CALIFORNIA, AMENDING\nCHAPTERS 8.02, 8.04, 8.06, 8.12, 8.14, 8.16, 8.18, 8.20, 8.22, 8.24, AND\n8.26 OF TITLE 8 OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST MUNICIPAL CODE\nAND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 2022 EDITION OF THE\nCALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODE (CALIFORNIA CODE OF\nREGULATIONS, TITLE 24), , TOGETHER WITH CERTAIN ADDITIONS,\nAMENDMENTS AND DELETIONS; and\n2.
