Find that Elegant Construction, Inc. has\ncompleted construction of the Arbor Access Ramp (PW 2019-17). 2.\nApprove the Notice of Completion and authorize the Mayor to execute the\ndocument on behalf of the City. 3. Authorize City Clerk to submit Notice of\nCompletion for recordation to the Office of the County Recorder of Orange\nCounty within fifteen days of the City Council approval, as required by\nSection 9204 of the California Civil Code. 4.
