7. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE SPORTS PARK PAVER\nREPLACEMENT PROJECT PW 2020-11 AND APPROVAL OF\nCONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 2\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve Contract Change Order No. 2 with\nIE General Engineering, Inc. for the Sports Park Paver Replacement\nProject (PW 2020-11) and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ndocument in the amount of $34,512. 2. Find that IE General Engineering,\nInc. has completed construction of the Sports Park Paver Replacement\nProject (PW 2020-11). 3. Approve the Notice of Completion and authorize\nthe Mayor to execute the document on behalf of the City. 4. Authorize City\nClerk to submit Notice of Completion for recordation to the Office of the\nCounty Recorder of Orange County within fifteen days of City Council\napproval, as required by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code. 5.\nAuthorize staff to release any unencumbered retention in accordance with\nCalifornia law.\nPUBLIC HEARING(S) (Item No. 8)\nPublic Hearings are scheduled for a time certain of 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
