7. ACCEPTANCE OF LENNAR HOMES IMPROVEMENTS AND RELEASE\nOF BONDS FOR TRACT 18189\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Accept as complete the tract improvements\nand monumentation constructed by Lennar Homes of California, Inc., A\nCalifornia Corporation for Tract 18189. 2. Authorize the City Clerk to\nrelease the Subdivision Faithful Performance and Subdivision Labor and\nMaterials Bonds, both in the amount $2,134,083 and the Subdivision\nImprovement Monumentation Bond in the amount of $22,950. 3. Authorize\nthe City Clerk to release the Subdivision Improvement Warranty Bond in\nthe amount of $213,408 one year after acceptance of the public\nimprovements for Tract 18189 with concurrence of the Director of Public\nWorks/City Engineer.
