6. ACCEPTANCE OF SHEA HOMES IMPROVEMENTS AND RELEASE OF\nBONDS FOR TRACT 15594\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Accept as complete the tract improvements\nand monumentation constructed by Shea Homes Limited Partnership, A\nCalifornia Limited Partnership, for Tract 15594. 2. Authorize the City Clerk to\nrelease the Rider Bond for Subdivision Faithful Performance and\nSubdivision Labor and Materials in the amount of $320,060 and the\nSubdivision Improvement Monumentation Bond in the amount of $56,000.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Subdivision Improvement\nWarranty Bond in the amount of $159,600 one year after acceptance of the\npublic improvements for Tract 15594 with the concurrence of the Director of\nPublic Works/City Engineer.

9. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR EL TORO ROAD & PORTOLA\nPARKWAY/ SANTA MARGARITA INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS\n(PW2019-03)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that MMG Engineering, Inc. has\ncompleted construction of the El Toro Road & Portola Parkway/ Santa\nMargarita Parkway Intersection Improvements (PW 2019-03). 2. Approve\nthe Notice of Completion and authorize the Mayor to execute the document\non behalf of the City. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to submit the Notice of\nCompletion for recordation to the Office of the County Recorder of Orange\nCounty within fifteen days of City Council approval, as required by Section\n9204 of the California Civil Code. 4. Authorize staff to release any\nunencumbered retention in accordance with California law.
