Authorize the City Clerk to\nrelease the Subdivision Faithful Performance and Subdivision Labor and\nMaterials Bonds, both in the amount of $1,197,021, and the Subdivision\nImprovement Monumentation Bond in the amount of $63,000. 3. Authorize\nthe City Clerk to release the Subdivision Improvement Warranty Bond in\nthe amount of $119,702.10 one year after acceptance of the public\nimprovements for Tract 18162 with the concurrence of the Director of\nPublic Works/City Engineer.
