Approve contract documents for\nconstruction of the Rockfield Boulevard Median Improvement Project\n(24S09). 2. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING\nTHE 2023-2030 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN; AMENDING\nAPPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25.” 3. Award a contract in\nthe amount of $244,426 to IE General Engineering, Inc. 4. Authorize the\nMayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest the contract with IE General\nEngineering, Inc. 5. Reject all other bids received and authorize return of\nthe bid bonds upon receipt of the executed contract documents from IE\nGeneral Engineering, Inc.

Approve contract documents for construction\nof Slurry Seal Project for Arterial Streets: Muirlands Boulevard from Bake\nParkway to Los Alisos Boulevard and Jeronimo Road from Bake Parkway to\nLos Alisos Boulevard PW 2021-05B. 2. Award a Construction Contract in\nthe amount of $1,758,120 to VSS International, Inc. 3. Authorize the Mayor\nto sign, and the City Clerk to attest the contract with VSS International, Inc.\n4. Reject all other bids received and authorize return of the bid bonds upon\nreceipt of the executed contract documents from VSS International, Inc.
