5. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE RIDGE ROUTE MEDIAN\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that Cheloletty Engineering, Inc. has \ncompleted construction of the Ridge Route Median Improvement Project\nOctober 1, 2024 \nPage 3\n(PW 24S07). 2. Approve the Notice of Completion and authorize the Mayor \nto execute the document on behalf of the City. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to \nsubmit Notice of Completion for recordation to the Office of the County \nRecorder of Orange County within fifteen days of City Council approval, as \nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code. 4. Authorize staff to \nrelease any unencumbered retention in accordance with California law.

6. SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH Z&K CONSULTANTS,\nINC. FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND CONSTRUCTION \nINSPECTION SERVICES FOR STREETS\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Second Amendment to the \nProfessional Consultant Services Agreement with Z&K Consultants, Inc. for \nConstruction Administration and Construction Inspection (“CA/CI”) \nServices for Streets. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to \nattest, the Second Amendment in the form attached.
