Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL\nOF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE\n2023-2025 OPERATIONS BUDGET; AMENDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR\nFISCAL YEAR 2024-25. 3.
