PARTNER CHARTER SUPPORT FOR THE IRVINE-LAGUNA WILDLIFE\nCORRIDOR\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Irvine-\nLaguna Wildlife Corridor Partner Charter (“Partner Charter”), signifying the\nCity of Lake Forest's support for implementing the Irvine-Laguna Wildlife\nCorridor (“Wildlife Corridor”).

5. AGREEMENT FOR UNARMED SECURITY GUARD SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Award an agreement with A.G. Coast\nCorporation, dba California Panther Security, for contract security services\nin the amount of $213,285.94. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City\nClerk to attest to the award of agreement with California Panther Security,\nsubstantially in the form attached.

6. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND\nCONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES FOR EL TORO ROAD\nPROJECTS\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Award a Professional Consultant Services\nAgreement with a compensation amount of $348,259.28 to FCG\nConsultants, Inc. for Contract Administration and Construction Inspection\nServices. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the\naward of Professional Consultant Services Agreement to FCG Consultants,\nInc.

7. THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH INTERWEST\nCONSULTING GROUP, INC. FOR BUILDING AND SAFETY SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Third Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Interwest Consulting Group, Inc.\n(“Interwest”) for Building and Safety Services. 2. Authorize the Mayor to\nsign, and the City Clerk to attest, the Third Amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Interwest substantially in the form attached.
