Find that All American Asphalt, Inc. has\ncompleted construction of the Trabuco Road Rehabilitation Project from\nBake Parkway to Peachwood (24S01B), Ascension Median Improvements\n(24S03), and Lake Forest Drive Rehabilitation from Bake Parkway to\nPortola Parkway (24S01C). 2. Approve the Notice of Completion and\nauthorize the Mayor to execute the document on behalf of the City. 3.\nAuthorize the City Clerk to submit Notice of Completion for recordation to\nthe Office of the County Recorder of Orange County within fifteen days of\nthe City Council approval, as required by Section 9204 of the California\nCivil Code. 4.
