(Attachment 2); 2.\nConduct a first reading of an Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA,\nAMENDING CHAPTER 11.16 OF THE LAKE FOREST MUNICIPAL CODE\nRELATING TO NOISE CONTROL AND FINDING SAID ACTION TO BE\nEXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.\n(Attachment 3); 3.
