7. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR PRINTING AND MAILING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the proposed Printing & Mailing\nServices Agreement with Print Project Managers for a not-to-exceed\namount of $433,910 for printing and mailing services. 2. Authorize the\nMayor to sign and the City Clerk to attest to the Printing & Mailing Services\nAgreement, substantially in the form attached.

8. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH ECS IMAGING, INC\nFOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AND\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve a second amendment to the\nagreement with ECS Imaging, Inc. for electronic document management\nsoftware and services for a one-year term extension with an increase in\ncompensation of $50,000, bringing the total not-to-exceed amount to\n$187,820. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the\nSecond Amendment to the Agreement with ECS Imaging, Inc., substantially\nin the form attached.

9. THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH VONAGE FOR THE\nCITY'S VOICE OVER IP TELEPHONE SYSTEM\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Third Amendment to the\nAgreement with Vonage, Inc. for the City’s Voice Over IP telephone system.\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, the Third\nAmendment to the Agreement with Vonage Inc., substantially in the form\nattached.
