Find that FieldTurf USA, Inc. has\ncompleted construction of the Lake Forest Sports Park Synthetic Turf\nReplacement Project (25P02). 2. Approve the Notice of Completion\nand authorize the Mayor to execute the document on behalf of the\nCity. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to submit the Notice of Completion for\nrecordation to the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County\nwithin fifteen days of the City Council approval, as required by Section\n9204 of the California Civil Code.

Accept as complete the tract improvements\nand monumentation constructed by Toll Brothers West, Inc., a Delaware\ncorporation, for Tract 18142. 2. Authorize the City Clerk to release the\nSubdivision Improvement Monumentation Bond in the amount of $23,850.

Accept as complete the tract improvements\nand monumentation constructed by Toll Brothers West Inc., a Delaware\ncorporation, for Tract 19125. 2. Authorize the City Clerk to release the\nSubdivision Faithful Performance and Subdivision Labor and Materials\nBonds, both in the amount of $176,811.01, and the Subdivision\nImprovement Monumentation Bond in the amount of $59,250. 3. Authorize\nthe City Clerk to release the Subdivision Improvement Warranty Bond in\nthe amount of $17,681.10 one year after acceptance of the public\nimprovements for Tract 19125 with the concurrence of the Acting Director\nof Public Works/City Engineer.

Find and determine that the proposed\nurgency ordinance is not a “project” within the meaning of Section 15378\nof the State of California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) Guidelines\n(Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations) and is exempt from the\nrequirements of CEQA under Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines; and 2.
