Find that the adoption of the proposed\nordinance is statutorily exempt from review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Public Resources Code §\n21080.17. 2. Introduce for first reading an ordinance entitled: “AN\nORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST\nAMENDING § 9.146.050 OF THE LAKE FOREST MUNICIPAL CODE\nRELATING TO ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS AND JUNIOR\nACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS TO COMPLY WITH RECENT\nCHANGES IN STATE LAW, AND FINDING THE ACTION TO BE\nSTATUTORILY EXEMPT FROM CEQA UNDER PUBLIC RESOURCES\nCODE § 21080.17."
