Authorize the Mayor to sign and the City Clerk to attest,\nthe Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with LSA\nsubstantially in the form attached. 3. Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE 2025-2027 OPERATING BUDGET;\nAMENDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26.
