3.1 ANNUAL CITY INVESTMENT POLICY AND QUARTERLY SCHEDULE OF INVESTMENTS\n- AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2022 - Staff recommends City Council adopt the Investment Policy and\nreceive and file the Quarterly Schedule of Investments for December 31, 2022.

RI-10 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH MEALS\nON WHEELS OF LONG BEACH; RESOLUTION NO. 2023-3 - Staff recommends City Council\nadopt proposed resolution which authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute the Agreement with\nMeals on Wheels of Long Beach and to direct CDBG funds for the purpose of providing home\ndelivery of nutritional meals to elderly, handicapped and convalescing residents of Lakewood and\npayments made for travel to volunteers performing these services for the period of February 6, 2023\nto June 30, 2023.\nREPORTS:
