Kim Electric, and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney; authorize staff to approve a cumulative total of change orders, as necessary not to\nexceed $95,000; appropriate $220,000 from the reserve for Capital Improvements for the project\nfrom Measure L.
