RI-3 AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH METRO - LAKEWOOD BLVD\nREGIONAL CORRIDOR CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT PROJECT - Staff recommends City\nCouncil approve Amendment No. 2 to the Funding Agreement with Los Angeles County\nMetropolitan Transportation Authority dated April 22, 2016, that extends the lapsing date of the\nproject funds to June 30, 2025, and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement subject to approval\nof form by the City Attorney.

RI-4 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-65; RESCINDING A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A\nPHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE - Community\nSafety Commission recommends City Council adopt the proposed resolution authorizing removal\nof the disabled person designated parking space at 4329 Conquista Avenue.

RI-5 NOTICE OF COMPLETION - CARPET REPLACEMENT IMPROVEMENTS TO THE\nEXISTING CENTRE PW PROJECT 23-06 - Staff recommends City Council accept the work by\nLawrence W. Rosine Co. for “Carpet Replacement to the Existing Centre - PW Project 23-06” in\nthe amount of $32,700 and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the project.

RI-6 APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FOR PUBLIC DISPLAY OF FIREWORKS -\nLAKEWOOD HIGH SCHOOL - Staff recommends City Council grant special event permit\nauthorizing Lakewood High School to hold public display of fireworks in accordance with\nLakewood Municipal Code Section 3106.\nLEGISLATION:
