1.2.a) INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2024-3; PERTAINING TO DEVELOPMENT\nSTANDARDS FOR MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT IN THE C1, C-3, C-4 AND M-1 ZONES -\nThe Planning and Environment Commission recommends City Council introduce proposed\nordinance and approve the associated CEQA exemption.\n1.2.b) RESOLUTION NO. 2024-18; DECLARING INTENTION TO FORM AN ENHANCED\nINFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT (EIFD); ESTABLISH THE LAKEWOOD EIFD\nPUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY; AND APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE EIFD\nPUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY - Staff recommends the City Council adopt the proposed\nresolution, declaring its intention to establish the Lakewood Enhanced Infrastructure Financing\nDistrict (EIFD) and establishing the Lakewood EIFD Public Financing Authority (PFA); and\nappoint two members of the City Council to the Public Financing Authority Board, and appoint\none member of the City Council as alternate Board member.
