1.1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED\nANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) - It is recommended that\nthe City Council hold a public hearing to solicit citizen comments on the City’s Consolidated Annual\nPerformance and Evaluation Report for fiscal year July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, and direct\nstaff to take into consideration all comments received and submit those comments, if any, along with\nthe CAPER to the local HUD office.

3.1 AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WITH SOUTHWEST PATROL, INC. EXTENDING DAYTIME\nDEPLOYMENT OF PRIVATE SECURITY PATROLS - It is recommended that the City Council\napprove an agreement amendment with Southwest Patrol, Inc. to extend the daytime deployment of\nprivate security guards from August 28, 2024 to October 31, 2024, and authorize the City Manager\nto sign the agreement in a form as approved by the City Attorney.
