RI-10 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MCM MANAGEMENT CO. FOR\nPROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF\nTWO STORMWATER CAPTURE FACILITIES - It is recommended that the City Council\nauthorize an appropriation of $57,280 of SCW Regional-Mayfair funds; and approve an on-call\nProfessional Services Agreement with MCM Management Co. and authorize staff to issue a\npurchase order not-to-exceed $180,000, to provide program management services for the operation\nand maintenance of the City’s two stormwater capture facilities.\nREPORTS:

RI-6 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (PSA) WITH WOOD\nRODGERS, INC. FOR WELL 22 COMPREHENSIVE SITE ASSESSMENT AND\nHYDROGEOLOGIC SERVICES FOR WELL DRILLING AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT -\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services\nAgreement with Wood Rodgers, Inc. for contract time extension to December 31, 2026.\nMarch 11, 2025

RI-7 RESOLUTION NO. 2025-9; APPROVING CONTRACT FOR PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES\nPROVIDED BY COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES - It is recommended that the City Council approve\nthe proposed resolution approving the Public Health Services Contract between the City of\nLakewood and the County of Los Angeles, and authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement\non the City Council's behalf.

RI-8 AGREEMENT FOR 2025 CIVIC CENTER BLOCK PARTY ATTRACTIONS AND GAMES - It\nis recommended that the City Council authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement for the 2025\nCivic Center Block Party attractions and games with Elite Special Events subject to approval as to\nlegal form by the City Attorney.

RI-9 AGREEMENT FOR 2025 PAN AM FIESTA AMUSEMENT RIDES - It is recommended that the\nCity Council authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement for 2025 Pan Am Fiesta Amusement\nRides subject to approval as to legal form by the City Attorney.
