3.1 CATERING SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE CENTRE AND MONTE VERDE PARK - It is\nrecommended City Council authorize the Mayor to execute the Recreation Agreement for Catering\nand Concession Services with TGIS Catering Services Inc., beginning July 1, 2025, and terminating\nJune 30, 2036, subject to negotiated terms and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney.

3.2 LOCAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN UPDATE - It is recommended City Council receive and\nfile the report.

3.3 PURCHASE OF CITY VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT - It is recommended City Council\nappropriate $320,000 in General Funds and $140,000 in Water Funds for the purchase of city\nvehicles and equipment; and authorize the City Manager to approve the purchase of vehicles in\nAttachment A after gathering a minimum of three (3) informal bids or “piggy backing” on\ngovernmental pricing that was already obtained through a competitive bidding process.

RI-7 RESOLUTION NO. 2025-17; DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A REPORT OF\nDELINQUENT FEES FOR GARBAGE, WASTE AND REFUSE COLLECTION AND\nDISPOSAL WITHIN THE CITY, AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON FOR\nJULY 8, 2025 - Staff recommends City Council adopt proposed resolution.

RI-8 2025 FIREWORKS STAND PERMIT APPLICATION APPROVALS - Staff recommends City\nCouncil approve the applications for firework stand permits for the 25 organizations and authorize\nstaff to issue permits for temporary fireworks stands to these organizations.

RI-9 SOUTHEAST LOS ANGELES COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD - Staff\nrecommends City Council approve reappointment of Erika Parada to Southeast Los Angeles\nCounty Workforce Development Board of Directors.\nREPORTS:
