3.1 ACCEPTANCE OF FEDERAL COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING FOR THE PALMS PARK\nCOMMUNITY CENTER IMPROVEMENT - It is recommended City Council accept award of\nFederal Community Project Funding in amount of $850,000 for Palms Park Community Center\nImprovement.

3.2 PARK, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LONG-RANGE PLAN - It is\nrecommended City Council receive and file the completed Parks, Recreation and Community\nServices Long-Range Plan for the public record and reference the document as needed to reaffirm\nalignment with city goals, priorities, available resources and community needs. RI-11 APPROVAL OF ENCROACHMENT PERMITS FOR 3954 ANN ARBOR ROAD AND FOR\n4176 FLEETHAVEN ROAD - It is recommended City Council approve permanent encroachment\npermits, authorize Mayor to sign and direct City Clerk to record with County Recorder.\nLEGISLATION:

RI-6 RESOLUTIONS OF DESTRUCTION FOR OBSOLETE CITY RECORDS MORE THAN TWO\nYEARS OLD IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW, RESOLUTIONS NO. 2025-43\nTHROUGH NO. 2025-50 - It is recommended City Council adopt proposed resolutions.

RI-7 RESOLUTION NO. 2025-51 AND NO. 2025-52; ESTABLISHING DISABLED PERSON\nDESIGNATED PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF ELAINE AVENUE AND ON THE EAST\nSIDE OF MCNAB AVENUE - It is recommended the City Council adopt the proposed resolutions.

RI-8 ACCEPTANCE OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT NO. 2025-6,\nIMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING MAYFAIR PARK BLEACHERS - It is recommended City\nCouncil accept work performed by Deark E&C in final contract amount of $180,423.50 and\nauthorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion; and ratify Change Order Nos. 1-7 in net\nadditional amount of $16,923.50.

RI-9 APPROVAL OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR PROPOSITION A\nDISCRETIONARY GRANT PROGRAM FOR COLLECTING AND REPORTING DATA FOR\nTHE NATIONAL TRANSIT DATABASE FOR REPORT YEAR 2023 - It is recommended City\nCouncil approve and authorize Mayor to sign the MOU for Proposition A Discretionary Grant\nProgram, so as to continue to collect and report National Transit Database statistics and receive\napproved transit allocation funds in amount of $37,227.
