RI-4 AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL CONTRACT AUTHORITY WITH SOUTHLAND INDUSTRIES\nFOR CITYWIDE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS – PW 2024-12 - It is recommended\nCity Council authorize an increase in contract authority for the Energy Services Performance\nContract with Southland Industries in the amount of $866,223.78 funded through a transfer from\nthe Facilities Renovation - Recurring CIP and authorize staff to execute all necessary change orders within the revised project contingency.
