3.1 ANNUAL STREETS AND ALLEY RESURFACING AND TRAFFIC CALMING\nPILOT PROJECT FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS – It is recommended\nCity Council 1) find that the Palo Verde Avenue and Studebaker Road Traffic\nCalming Pilot Projects have successfully achieved the intended traffic calming and\nsafety objectives and approve incorporation of the recommended refinements\nidentified through the pilot evaluation process; and 2) authorize staff to proceed\nwith final design and construction of the permanent traffic calming improvements\nat Palo Verde Avenue and Studebaker Road utilizing the previously approved\nfunding and construction authorizations and incorporating modifications identified\nthrough the pilot program evaluation.
