Approve the second reading and adopt\nOrdinance No. 1200-23, an ordinance amending Chapter 2.04.120 of the Lawndale\nMunicipal Code regarding Propriety of Conduct at Council Meetings, and waive further\nreading; B.) Adopt Resolution No. 2305-021 amending the "Manual o f Procedural\nGuidelines for the Conduct of City Council Meetings" to incorporate the revisions being\nmade in the proposed ordinance; and C.) Find this matter exempt from review under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pnrsuant to CEQA Guideline\n15061(b)(3).
