10. Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation\nThe City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code section\n54956.9(d)(1), to discuss existing litigation: Name of Case: Abdul R. Pasta V. The City\nof Lawndale, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STLC07381.

11. Public Employee Performance Evaluation\nThe City Council will hold a closed session, pursuant to Government Code section\n54957(b), to conduct an employee evaluation concerning the City Manager.

2. Accounts Payable Register\nRecommendation: that the City Council adopt Resolution No. CC-2312-050 authorizing\nthe payment of certain claims and demands in the amount of $308,379.86.

4. Selection of Projects for the Fiscal Year 2024-25 (50th) Program Year of the\nCommunity Development Block Grant Program (CDBG)\nRecommendation: that the City Council 1.) Conduct a public hearing; 2.) Adopt the FY\n2024-25 budget for the CDBG program; and 3.) Adopt Resolution No. CC-2312-047\nApproving the City’s participation in the FY 2024-25 CDBG Program.

6. Award One-Year On-Call Traffic Engineering Services Contract\nRecommendation: that the City Council award an On-Call Traffic Engineering Services\nagreement to W.G. Zimmerman Engineering, Inc., Advantec Consulting Engineers, Inc.,\nand Transtech Engineers, Inc. for a term of one-year, with an option to extend up to four\none-year extensions.
