3. Accounts Payable Register\nRecommendation: that the City Council adopt Resolution No. CC-2407-086 authorizing the\npayment of certain claims and demands in the amount of $2,189,627.39.

4. Minutes of the Lawndale City Council Regular Meeting, June 17, 2024\nRecommendation: that the City Council approve the minutes.

5. Second Reading Ordinance No. 1207-24 to amend the Lawndale Municipal Code\nregarding density bonus standards for affordable residential units to reflect recent\nchanges in State Law\nRecommendation: that the City Council read by title only, waive further reading, and adopt\nOrdinance No. 1207-24 to amend ADUs to comply with recent changes in State Law.

6. Consideration of Claims for Damage against the City\nRecommendation: that the City Council reject the claims filed by Carlos Carbajal and Ivannia\nGuzman and instruct staff to process the appropriate correspondence to the claimants.

7. FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26 Recreation Class Instructor Agreements\nRecommendation: that the City Council approve the attached agreements which have all been\nsigned by each business entity for: 1) Chapala Dance Academy, LLC; 2) Duncan’s Soo Bahk\nDo, LLC; 3) Elysian Arts and Events, LLC; and 4) Just Dance Company, LLC totaling\n$110,000.00 and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreements.

8. Elderly Nutrition Program Agreement\nRecommendation: that the City Council approve the attached Contract Services Agreement\nfor Elderly Nutrition Program Services agreement between the City of Lawndale and City of\nGardena for a term beginning Monday, July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

9. Quarterly Investment Report for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2024\nRecommendation: that the City Council receive and file the Quarterly Investment Report for\nthe quarter ended June 30, 2024.
