Execute a Cooperative Agreement with Los Angeles County for the Rosecrans Avenue Traffic Signal Synchronization Project\nand Appropriate Additional Funding\n— Recommendation: that the City Council 1.) authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperative Agreement\n(Attachment B) between the City of Lawndale and Los Angeles County; and 2.) authorize the appropriation of funds in the\namount of $30,000 to the Rosecrans Avenue Traffic Signal Synchronization Project account 272-310-700.309 for a total\nproject budget of $200,000.
