1. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Update

10. Amendment to Agreement for Public Works and City Hall Facility Needs Project\n— Recommendation: that the City Council approve the First Amendment to the Public Works and City Hall Facility\nNeeds Project agreement with Developers General Contracting, Inc. to change the contractor’s name and organization\ntype, and extending the term of the agreement for a new expiration date of September 15, 2025, at no increase to the\ncurrent project cost.

11. Consideration of the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) 2025-26 and the Administrative Budget for\n2025-26\n— Recommendation: that the Successor Agency 1.) Approve and direct staff to submit to the Los Angeles County\nOversight Board and California Department of Finance the ROPS 25-26 and Administrative Budget FY 2025-26, and\n2.) Authorize staff to make any changes requested by the California Department of Finance.

12. Contractor Transparency\n— Recommendation: that the City Council 1.) Consider the Contractor Transparency Policy and direct staff to update\nthe City's forms to implement the policy; or 2.) Provide further direction to staff.

8. Award of Purchase to All Traffic Solutions, Inc. for Construction and Delivery of Radar Trailers to be Used for Traffic\nCalming\n— Recommendation: that the City Council approve this additional cost for the purchase of two (2) SpeedAlert 18 radar\nmessage signs and trailers.

9. Purchasing Policy Reorganization and Amendment to Authorize City Manager Purchases in Specified Situations\n— Recommendation: that the City Council review the proposed changes and adopt Resolution No. CC-2409-095\nmaking the changes to the purchasing policy.
